Hadley Schmitt, one of our talented chefs, pulls a hot tray of mac & cheese out of the oven to serve to a customer. Our Mac & Cheese: orrechiette pasta with gruyere and fontina cheeses…yummy!

Herb Marinated Angus Beef Tenderloin: Roasted whole and sliced, served with toasted barley, roasted Brussels sprouts, crispy shallots, and a Zinfandel reduction. Our Chef paired this dish with Château Potelle’s Red Zinfandel for a birthday party of 65guests, what a blast!

Our chefs butterfly the turkey then rub it with a herb mixture consisting of garlic, onion, rosemary, thyme and parsley. Slice it thin for a delicious sandwich or slice it thick for a healthy dinner!
