We, at Cobblestone Foods, have carefully hand picked the most reliable purveyors for cured and dried meats. Many of our charcuterie items come from Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, as well as Molinari in San Francisco. We are always willing to create a pairing of meats and cheeses for our customers.
Some of our menu items are made with our fine assortment of charcuterie and cheeses such as, Truffled Speck and Tellegio Pannini, Braised Escarole with Pancetta, and Gigante Beans with Crispy Prosciutto.
